2016 Manchego's Fate

Our Winery sits on the property once owned by the Manchego family back in the 1800’s. Bonifacio Manchego was a rancher that lost his life in a gun fight pursuing horse thieves on the same soil that we ride to gather our cattle today. This blend has alluring aromas of chocolate covered cherries and ripe plum paired with a smooth finish of blueberries, vanilla and sweet tobacco.
